Florians is owned and managed by Michelle Washington-Jenkins and is uniquely positioned at the intersection of horticulture and media. 

Twenty years ago, Michelle co-founded W Mgmt, one of London's top model & talent agencies and remains a non-executive Director. She also qualified academically through the Royal Horticultural Society and worked as a gardener at Heckfield Place & West Green House. 

Through the knowledge and experience of amassing a large following on different social media platforms with thoughtfully curated content, Michelle is expertly placed to assist other selected businesses with their digital marketing strategies in the horticulture, hospitality and travel sectors.

Michelle is a regular fixture at many industry events and launches.
